  • Positivity. Surround yourself around things that enhance your mood. Avoid “barricades” that can block your happiness. 
  • Eat well. Replace ‘bad’ foods with healthy alternatives that are just as tasty. 
  • Discover new interests. Be open to hobbies you’ve never tried before. 
  • Try not to over think. If you contemplate about something over and over again that is bothering you. It won’t move you forward.
  • Take control of your own life. Don’t wait for things to happen. Just do it.
  • Exercise. Pick a favourite sport activity you like. Tennis, volleyball… You are bound to see some positive effects through completing this. 
  • Keep hydrated. Most of our body is made of water and we need it for the body to function properly.So it really is important to always drink water..
  • Save money. Why not set up a savings account? You’ll be amazed at how much you’ll be better off in a couple of months as the temptation to spend will be reduced.
  • Set some S.M.A.R.T. goals. If you aren’t familiar with this, it means making goals that are: specific, measurable, achievable, realistic & time-bound. If you google this you can find out a lot more on this in detail.
